Refund policy
In the unlikely cicumstance that your tiara or hair accessory arrives to you damaged, we will arrange a replacement or repair of the same product, under the condition that contact is made with us immediately via email: josephinestiaras@hotmail.co.uk and the tiara is returned to us in its original packaging within seven days of arrival.
Please take note that all of our hair accessories are handmade to order and therefore cannot be refunded.
